How do I find a game?
Open the Match tab, choose your sport and skill level, and join the queue. We'll notify you the moment a game comes together near you. New areas grow as more players join — you can help kick yours off.
Do I need other people nearby to use the app?
No. You can race real-world routes against ghost pacers and build your daily streak completely solo. Matchmaking and clans get better as your local scene grows.
What is a ghost pacer?
A pace benchmark you race against on any route, tuned to real performance tiers from beginner and club-runner up to Elite. There's always a challenge to chase, even on a quiet morning.
How do I manage notifications or location permissions?
You can change these anytime in iOS Settings → PickUp Play. Location and motion access power nearby matchmaking and route tracking; you control what you share.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@pickupandplay.org from your account address and we'll process your request. See our Privacy Policy for details on data and your rights.
