These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PickUp Play app and website. By using PickUp Play, you agree to these Terms.
Using PickUp Play
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use PickUp Play.
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
- You agree to use the app lawfully and to treat other players with respect.
Physical activity & safety
PickUp Play involves physical activity and meeting other people. You participate at your own risk. Always exercise within your ability, follow local laws and venue rules, and use good judgment when meeting or playing with others. Consult a medical professional before starting a new fitness routine.
Community conduct
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, cheating, or illegal activity.
- No impersonation or misuse of other players' information.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. Don't post content you don't have the rights to.
Disclaimers & liability
PickUp Play is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other users or physical activity.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the app, and we'll post material changes here. You may stop using PickUp Play at any time; we may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
